Dolf shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Limitation of Liability for Security Breaches

Dolf shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from security breaches originating from user-side vulnerabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Compromise of your personal devices (e.g., malware, spyware, unauthorized access)
  • Email account breaches
  • Phishing attacks or social engineering schemes
  • Exposure or leakage of API keys or credentials
  • Negligence in following standard cybersecurity practices

While Dolf implements industry-standard security protocols, encryption, and infrastructure safeguards, we do not control or guarantee the security of user environments.

4. Use of Services and Compliance

By using Dolf, you agree that:

  • You will use the platform strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You will not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
  • You will comply with all operational and security requirements provided by Dolf

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
